I have been staring at the empty walls in our powder room, wondering how I can add a bit of intrigue, and pasting up this faux-grasscloth would definitely accomplish that!
It caught my eye this morning in an article on eco-friendly wall coverings from
Body+Soul Magazine (one of my faves). I'm a big fan of using more than just paint to decorate walls to add texture, which I crave in interiors.
"Newsworthy" by
Weitzner takes me back to my journalism days. It features real newsprint strips that are handwoven on a loom and then paperbacked. Applied in a bathroom it's a tongue-in-cheek reminder that some people get their best reading done on the throne!
